Way of use: Cure white base-coat under UV lamp for approx. 2 minutes or LED lamp for approx. 30 seconds. Next pat powder onto uncured Dry Top layer using powder applicator or gloved finger. Cure under UV lamp for approx. 2 minutes or LED lamp for approx. 30 seconds. Apply top-coat on glitter to obtain smooth texture.
